In this integral role, you will support the Sales team with Rockwell Automation and partner products. Your technical expertise will guide customers in selecting optimal solutions for their automation needs. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is key, as well as following up on orders and quotations through Dynamics 365 and other communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Sales team with Rockwell Automation solutions
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs
• Develop relationships to enhance customer satisfaction
• Obtain orders through Dynamics 365 and direct follow-ups
• Stay current on industry trends and technologies
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation)
