Responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities through proactive outbound and inbound activities such as calls, emails, and lead follow‑ups.
- Grow business from both new and existing customers through up‑selling and cross‑selling.
Manage the Full Sales Cycle
- Support and coordinate the entire sales cycle, from pre‑sales discussions, complex quoting, demo organization, closing business, and organizing post‑sales support.
- Assist in preparing commercial offers, tender responses, quotes, and order bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data within CRM/customer databases.
Build and Maintain Customer Relationships
- Interpret customer needs and develop long‑lasting partnerships by providing strong product knowledge and tailored recommendations.
