**Job Summary**
Ayvens Mexico is looking for a 2 Inplants to serve as the on-site liaison between Ayvens and the client, ensuring smooth daily operations, efficient vehicle management, and consistent compliance with service-level agreements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries, returns, and replacements directly at the client site.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure vehicle availability.
- Address client needs, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve service or operational issues.
- Ensure all leasing documentation and processes are correctly followed.
- Provide regular reports on fleet performance and service metrics.
