Inpatient CDI Nurse Specialist: Elevate Documentation

MicroSourcing is seeking a Clinical Documentation Improvement Nurse Specialist – Inpatient to support inpatient CDI reviews. The role requires an RN with active PHRN or USRN licensure, and at least 2 years CDI and 2 years acute care hospital experience, preferably ICU or Med/Surg.

Strong EMR skills (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) and English communication are essential. BDN background and knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, MS-DRG, and risk adjustment are needed to ensure accurate documentation and coding for
