Innovative Solutions Specialist (Santiago)

We are searching for the best talent for an Innovative Solutions Specialist role to be based in Santiago de Chile.

The Innovative Solutions Specialist is responsible for implementing, developing, shaping, and following up on the innovative solutions portfolio, including operational efficiency projects and internal and external innovation initiatives within each Cluster.

• Project management, driving trainings, installations/solution deployments, KPI and metrics analytics to ensure contract compliance, technical service issue resolution and/or escalation, and solution follow-up with customers.
• Ensure that solution implementations occur with responsibility and adherence to business ethics, compliance, and legal principles.
