Innovation and Experience Design Consultant

Responsible for providing support in ensuring that project objectives for the Experience Design practice are met. A Senior Associate is expected to provide guidance and supervision to their designated staff during a project.

• Analyze issues by performing root cause analysis and creative thinking
• Learn new technologies, and industry trends
• Study the client’s systems and its functionalities to design the to-be process and identify improvement points
• Assist in the achievement of project objectives and work closely with the manager to ensure outcomes consistently meet or surpass client expectations.
