Innovation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of innovation initiatives, including innovation challenges, workshops, discovery sessions, bootcamps, intrapreneurship programs, and project follow‑up activities.
• Provide methodological support to project teams in the use of innovation tools, frameworks, and templates.
• Track initiatives, milestones, owners, risks, progress, and expected outcomes.
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and executive materials.
• Assist in the initial structuring of opportunities through problem statements, hypotheses, experimentation plans, project briefs, and initial inputs for business cases.
• Support the execution and monitoring of innovation POCs, MVPs, and pilot projects.
• Support ecosystem scouting and mapping activities, including startups, universities, innovation hubs, technology partners, and healthtech solutions.
