- Order Management – Process customer bookings received via various channels (Web, EDI, API & Email), ensuring timely and correct handling of the booking - ensuring KPI’s are met. This includes selecting the optimal ocean carrier (based on cost, speed or sustainability), and communicating vessel/voyage information with the customer.
- Export Documentation – Punctual and precise handling of shipping instructions in alignment with STC’s quality procedures. Coordinate the accurate processing and distribution of shipping instructions and ensure that any documentation related to additional charges, such as manifest corrections, are advised timely to customers. Follow up with ocean carriers regarding amendments and ensure timely receipt of Bill of Lading. Ensure the system contains all necessary updates and relevant information to successfully ship the container.
