Injection Molding Process Engineer (Reynosa)

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer located in Reynosa. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Process Engineer’s role involves:

Responsibilities

• Create and implement the injection molding processes for all molds and equipment related to the molding production.
• Keep up date all process documentation, establish optimized settings, continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership to molding technicians.
• Core tools up dating (PFMA, Control Plan), CQI-23, CQI-20.
• New tools & Equipment validation process.
• Experience in Automotive industry (desirable).
• Analyze root causes of defects (e.g., warpage, short shots, flash) and implement corrective actions.
