Injection Molding Process Engineer (Monterrey)

Responsibilities

• Engineer with a deep interaction with plant operations but also supports department's needs.
• Participate in the assessment, evaluation and planning projects where safety, ergonomics, quality, productivity and environmental are essentials.
• Perform research and design of manufacturing processes including production flow, material handling, fabrication and assembly.
• Identify opportunities or implement changes to improve production process to reduce costs using knowledge of fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment, assembly methods, quality control standards, or product design, materials and parts.
• Implement technical solutions including statistical methodologies to meet customers requirements concerning quality, delivery and cost.
• Standardize processes and production methods between multiple factories to reach the best way to do it, intercompany best practices approach.
