To be the main technical link between the Bioinformatics team, external tech providers (Galeo), and the Quality and Regulatory team. The goal will be to translate manual bioinformatic processes into clear technical requirements for automation, supporting regulatory compliance (ISO 13485 / CE Marking).

Key Responsibilities

• Product & Workflow Understanding. Collaborate with Product and Bioinformatics teams to understand NGS bioinformatic workflows.
• Technical Bridge with Cloud Providers. Act as a bridge between the bioinformaticians' operational needs and the Cloud provider (Galeo). Gather requirements and draft technical specifications so the provider can effectively orchestrate and automate processes in AWS.
