Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support the customer’s IT network and infrastructure
- Handle and resolve critical incidents in a timely manner
- Act as the focal point for the customer’s IT product line
- Ensure system availability and performance
- Support storage environments, backups, and data replication processes
Requirements
Education
- Completed university degree in IT or related field
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in:
- Data Storage technologies
Technical Skills
- Data Storage technologies
- Linux operating systems (Euler OS is a plus)
- Disk arrays and storage pool management
- Data backup and replication
- Hosting environments
Soft Skills
- Proactive mindset
- Self-learning ability and adaptability
