Job Overview
Senior Associate Manufacturing Engineer is a leadership role responsible for supporting manufacturing processes and optimizing production efficiency. This position involves assisting in the design and improvement of manufacturing processing, troubleshooting complex production issues, and contributing to process optimization.
Day In The Life
- Leading, training and developing manufacturing support teams to establish and ensure top level performance.
- Leading the implementation of LEAN Manufacturing principles throughout the manufacturing process. Contributing to and assisting with Continuous Improvement/Kaizen activities throughout the plant.
