Responsibilities
- Lead and drive continuous quality improvements within cross‑functional teams (CFT)
- Support Failure Analysis (FA) reports for new product introductions and transfers
- Manage and follow up on customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution
- Act as the main point of contact for customers on quality‑related topics
- Review and approve documentation in PFS and Agile systems
- Support material disposition and control within MRB processes
- Generate Quality Alerts and coordinate containment actions (purges) as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with quality standards
- 5+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in SMT and selective soldering processes (or similar role)
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
