A Day in the Life
- Lead NCMRs/CAPA and complaint investigations
- Monitor and report on quality metrics such as defect rates (RTY) and NCMR trends, prepare summary reports
- Participate in root cause analysis sessions, assist in gathering data and evidence
- Maintain quality records, ensure accurate documentation of findings and actions
- Participate and lead FTQ events
