**A Day in the Life**:Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Lead NCMRs/CAPA and complaint investigations- Monitor and report on quality metrics such as defect rates (RTY) and NCMR trends, prepare summary reports.
- Participate in root cause analysis sessions, assist in gathering data and evidence.
