Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain servers, storage, networks, and on‑premise environments.
- Ensure high availability, redundancy, and system performance across infrastructure components.
- Manage VMware/Hyper‑V platforms and support Windows OS and Windows Server Environments.
- Perform system monitoring, setup, patching, backup, DR and automate tasks.
- Closely collaborate with Service Delivery Manager and Engineers to support the fulfilment of contract obligations.
- Manage and oversee project documentations and subcontractor matters
- Set up network switches, perform network checks, and configure IP settings for project devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and IT system issues.
- Support data migration, integration, monitoring, security and compliance.
- Participate in system integration, UAT/FAT/SAT, deployment, staging, and production setup.
