Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver technical support via email, remote, and onsite channels
• Administer Active Directory and Group Policy
• Manage HelpDesk tickets and escalations accurately
• Support Microsoft Azure and Office 365 services
• Maintain documentation for procedures and ticketing
Requirements:
• Five years in Information Technology or similar
