We are hiring Infrastructure Support Engineer (Mid-Level). At IDEMIA, we build trusted identities for a safer world. We are looking for an IT Network/System Administrator to support and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and operational continuity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, virtualization, and backup systems
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and connectivity issues
• Support system upgrades, software installations, and asset management
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and documentation standards
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on projects and improvements
• Contribute to service continuity, system availability, and process optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing a degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
