**Technical Requirements**
- Minimum **3+ years of experience**in enterprise hardware and storage support.
- Deep knowledge of:
- **Hitachi Vantara storage platforms**(G-Series, VSP models).
- **SAN environments**(Cisco, Brocade switches).
- **RAID configuration, LDEV management, and firmware upgrades**.
- **Hardware replacement**(disks, controllers, processors, memory, etc.).
- **Server management tools**and **remote configuration (BMC/IPMI)**.
- Experience supporting clients such as **Movistar, Televisa, Infonavit, Toyota, and VW**is a plus.
