PURPOSE OF POSITION

Accountable for providing on‑site and remote hardware and software support for all aspects of the desktop, mobile and network environment and for supporting the various systems and applications supported by the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and various vendors. To provide front‑line technical support and customer service to users across Building Ontario Fund (BOF).

• Manage Power Apps and Power Automate environments, including the setup, deployment, and maintenance of new applications and automated workflows.
• Provide governance and administration of the Power BI platform, overseeing workspace management, security, data integration, report development, and enterprise reporting standards.
