Overview

We’re looking for an experienced EUI Administrator (L2) to support and manage end-user infrastructure in a fast-paced environment. This role blends hands‑on engineering, L2 support, and security‑focused administration across platforms such as O365, Citrix, SCCM, and Intune. The candidate will partner closely with IT and security teams to keep systems stable, secure, and high‑performing.

Responsibilities Manage and administer O365 (Exchange Online, Azure AD, etc.), handle user accounts, permissions, and access control. Implement and maintain security policies (anti‑spam, anti‑malware, phishing, DLP) for O365. Support email security with Proofpoint (Email Protection, TAP, DLP) and comply with governance regulations. Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Citrix VDI environments (Xen App, Xen Desktop), including PVS, Store Front, Net Scaler.
