Responsibilities:
- Lead and enhance the company's cybersecurity strategy, ensuring robust protection of systems, data, and infrastructure across multiple African operations.
- Manage and optimise cloud and on-premise infrastructure, including AWS, networks, servers, firewalls, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Oversee cyber risk management, incident response, vulnerability management, and security awareness initiatives to minimise business disruption.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements while managing governance frameworks, audits, and third-party technology vendors.
- Drive infrastructure and security improvements through automation, standardisation, system optimisation, and collaboration with cross-functional IT teams.
- Completed Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
