Mission

Under the supervision of the Head of Infrastructure of the School of Engineering (STI), you will support the coordination of infrastructure activities, with a focus on lab installation requests, space measurements, onboarding of new research groups, and follow-up of small construction or relocation tasks.

Your role is essential to ensuring smooth operations across the faculty by providing meticulous, reliable, and service-oriented support.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Process lab installation requests: collect missing information, verify technical needs, prepare templates and checklists.
• Conduct basic space measurements (m², furniture footprint, access points) and prepare simple layout sketches.
• Prepare documents for small renovation or modification works (plans, descriptions, photos).
• Follow up with internal stakeholders (DSE, technical services, users) to ensure tasks progress.
