Infrastructure Policy & Planning Analyst (JD#11185)

We are looking for an analytical and stakeholder‑oriented professional to support policy development and operational planning for international digital connectivity infrastructure. This role focuses on submarine cable policy, licensing, resource planning, and cross‑agency collaboration to strengthen digital connectivity and support reliable international infrastructure.

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Public Policy, Engineering, Business, or related field;
• Relevant experience in policy, operations, or project management. Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply;

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills;
