Infrastructure Operations Support

Requirements

• Education: IT, Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in IT operations, infrastructure support, application support, or business operations.
• Skills:
• Understanding of application operations, including how business applications function and interact with users and other systems.
• Working knowledge of database concepts—can perform basic queries, understand data flows, and support data-related troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, cloud environments) and how it supports application and database operations.
• Experience in incident handling, ticketing systems, and escalation procedures.
• Understanding batch processing, job scheduling, and monitoring.
• Basic troubleshooting skills across app, DB, and infra layers (can identify, log, and expedite issues; basic SQL/log analysis is a plus).
