As our full-time permanent Infrastructure Manager, you’ll support our progressive and authentic firm as we right wrong. Reporting to the General Manager – Cyber Security and IT Operations, and based in our Brisbane CBD head office in a hybrid work pattern, you’ll be responsible for delivering Shine’s underlying infrastructure, at agreed service levels, to support our teams to Right Wrong for our clients.
Managing a small team with diverse skillsets, you and your team will proactively monitor, manage and maintain Shine’s internal and external hosted environments to deliver the secure, stable and reliable technical platforms which underpin our business critical applications and services. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that key activities such as capacity planning, availability management, patching and backups are all effectively carried out.
