Job Summary: We are looking for a Infrastructure Engineer to support the setup, integration, and ongoing operations of our platform infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in infrastructure management, network connectivity, and data integration technologies such as API-based connectors or ETL/ELT tools. This role will work closely with external agencies and internal technical teams to ensure seamless platform onboarding, integration, and system reliability.
Job Responsibilities:
Platform Integration & Onboarding
. Prepare technical onboarding packages for external agencies, including service accounts, API tokens, access permissions, and connectivity requirements.
. Provide technical guidance on integration prerequisites and credential provisioning.
. Act as the primary technical contact during onboarding, troubleshooting connectivity and access issues.
