Responsibilities
- Act as the Level 3 escalation point for infrastructure, cloud, SaaS, and network-related issues.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, log analysis, and root cause investigations.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve environment and deployment challenges.
- Manage and enhance Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
- Design and maintain SSO, Conditional Access, and identity management solutions.
- Administer enterprise networking, including pfSense firewalls, VPNs, multi-ISP failover, switching, and wireless infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and procedures.
- Drive automation, monitoring, and process improvements to meet service objectives.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.
