Job Description

Senior Infrastructure Engineer / 3rd/4th line IT Support Engineer with project and BAU responsibilities. Office‑based job in the North West.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as escalation point for 1st/2nd line engineers and handle 3rd/4th line queries.
• Provide server, network, and application support/administration.
• Implement and maintain solutions, owning specific systems and platforms.
• Engage with external clients and stakeholders up to C‑Level.
• Work on project work comprising roughly 40% of the role.
