Infrastructure Architect - Contract Governance and Commercial Management

Infrastructure Architect • In this role, you will manage contract governance and commercial controls for Cross Functional Services across infrastructure managed services engagements. • Ensure alignment of delivery obligations with contractual commitments, service levels, KPIs, penalties, deliverables, governance forums, reporting obligations, and client expectations. • Act as the central point of coordination for contractual interpretation, obligation tracking, commercial risk assessment, contract change control, and compliance reporting. • Work closely with service delivery managers, finance, PMO, legal, procurement, transition, tower leads, client governance teams, and partner/vendor teams to ensure commercial and contractual discipline. • Drive proactive identification of contractual risks, open obligations, SLA/KPI exposure, change impacts, commercial deviations, and governance actions across the service lifecycle. • Experience in contract governance for infrastructure managed serv...
