Infrastructure and System Management Engineer

As part of the worldwide system and software development, deployment and support team, your role is to:

• Develop and manage Server Setup process for software installation servers worldwide.
• Provide level 2 support to help desk, HP factories, labs, and partners, for issues related to software installation, connectivity and infrastructure.
• Provide solution within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) and assist in issue resolution or escalation if needed.
• Define and measure metrics to optimize results.
• Ensure support processes are documented and followed.
• Define and implement improvements as needed.
