As an Infrastructure Analyst, you will play a key role in designing, operating, and optimizing our cloud-based infrastructure.
What will you be doing?
- Support day-to-day operations of our hybrid cloud infrastructure (Azure, on‑prem, identity platforms), ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through our ITSM platform, meeting defined SLAs and continuously improving response quality.
- Assist in the administration and integration of identity platforms (Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta) and SaaS applications (e.g., Microsoft 365).
- Perform core system administration tasks including user access management, group policies, service accounts, and role‑based access controls.
- Support foundational network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and help troubleshoot connectivity issues.
