Infrastructure Analyst (Calgary)

Overview

Monitor and support IT infrastructure components related to networks, virtualization, cloud, servers, storage, and backups.

Evaluate and triage IT infrastructure events.

Perform - and document - complex troubleshooting of IT infrastructure events.

Monitor planned IT infrastructure changes.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate Incident resolution within IT infrastructure operations.
• Co-ordinate IT infrastructure troubleshooting with specialist teams.
• Issue escalations via established processes.
• Produce priority event reports.
• Tools knowledge - Experience in using Monitoring Tools Like Datadog, SCOM and ITSM tool like Service Now will be added advantage.
• Troubleshooting Experience - Ability to utilize Standard Operating Procedures and KB articles for 1st level troubleshooting and follow escalation procedures for any additional technical support.
