Infrastructure Advisory Engineer — P3 & Transport

Arup is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer for Bogotá to support infrastructure and P3 advisory assignments. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary inputs, due diligence, and advisory reports.

The candidate should have a strong background in civil engineering and finance, with 2–4 years’ experience, in a global consultancy environment. The position requires travel, both domestically and internationally, and fluency in English and Spanish.
