- Responsible for Windows servers, AD, DHCP, DNS and GPO implementation and maintenance.
- Responsible for insuring the day-to-day operation, reliability, and integrity of the client’s environment. This includes the installation, maintenance, and management of all system-related technologies such as VMware, backup, patch management, anti-virus rollout, support, and monitoring.
- Perform cloud technology administration on platforms such as AWS, Azure, Office365, etc.
- The Engineer is responsible to assist in the development of company policies and procedures to support operations, security, and integrity.
- Responsible for performing system generation, tuning, configuration, upgrades, performance management, disaster recovery, network troubleshooting, end-user support, and usage reporting as required.
