Responsibilities

• Provide on‑site (proximity) support to users, resolving incidents related to devices and office equipment.
• Manage IT inventory, including stock checks, warehouse control, and coordination of shipment and reception of equipment between offices.
• Prepare and configure equipment (laptops, desktops, and mobile devices), ensuring proper setup and updates in corporate management tools.
• Collaborate as local technical support on internal projects.
• Act as a point of contact between users and technical teams, facilitating fast incident resolution.
• Execute service requests following established procedures and standards.
• Provide support for meetings and events, including room setup and checks.
