Information Technology Support Technician (Abbotsford)

Overview

Connect Solutions is seeking a full‑time technician to join our team in Abbotsford.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite with customers in the local area and remotely from the Abbotsford office.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, deploy new hardware or networking equipment, and develop internal work systems.

Qualifications

• All experience levels accepted; preference for candidates with IT training and/or experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a team environment.
• Prior experience at an IT firm and/or familiarity with ConnectWise Manage is extra consideration.
