• Provide onsite end-user IT support.
• Manage end-user PC and workstation IMAC activities (install, move, adds and changes).
• Repair PCs and troubleshoot desktop issues, including break/fix and virus-related incidents.
• Troubleshoot operating system issues in Windows 10 and Windows 7.
• Support end-user productivity software, including Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Work with hardware and other IT vendors.
• Provide hands and feet support for data center requests.
