We're looking for a seasoned IT professional to serve as a technical anchor on our support team — someone who brings deep expertise, strong ownership, and the ability to lead from the ground up.
What you'll do
- Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical incidents that cannot be resolved at L1/L2 level
- Own the architecture, deployment, and lifecycle management of endpoint environments across Windows and macOS fleets
- Design and maintain automation workflows for provisioning, patch management, and compliance enforcement (Intune, SCCM, Jamf)
- Lead identity and access management initiatives across Azure AD, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 — including Conditional Access, MFA rollout, and SSO integrations
- Drive root cause analysis on recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes to reduce support volume
