Manage end-user PC and workstation IMAC activities (install, move, adds and changes).
Repair PCs and troubleshoot desktop issues, including break/fix and virus-related incidents.
Troubleshoot operating system issues in Windows 10 and Windows 7.
Support end-user productivity software, including Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Work with hardware and other IT vendors.
Provide hands and feet support for data center requests.
