Ensure availability and reliability of IT systems and infrastructure. Monitor system performance and implement upgrades when required. Network & Security Administer LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity. Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, firewalls, antivirus, and data protection policies.
