- 8+ years in IT Project Management, with 3–5 years managing Contact Center implementation, upgrade, or migration projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Contact Center transformation projects using Waterfall methodology.
- Manage project scope, budget, timeline, risks, governance, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive Contact Center platform upgrades involving Genesys, Avaya, Cisco Contact Center, NICE CXone, Amazon Connect, Five9, or similar solutions.
- Oversee cloud migration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and production rollout activities.
- Facilitate Steering Committee meetings and provide project updates to senior management.
- Manage vendors, implementation partners, compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
