New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting firm, is seeking an IT Project Manager to support our client’s Corporate Real Estate portfolio. The IT Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional business teams, technical stakeholders, and project sponsors to deliver medium to large-scale initiatives on time, on budget, and within scope.
This role requires strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate brings demonstrated experience overseeing complex IT projects, strong financial acumen, and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale IT and corporate real estate-related projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out.
Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, resource needs, stakeholder engagement plans, and reporting requirements.
