Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure including servers, NAS, firewalls, and networking equipment.
- Support daily IT operations such as user account management, software installations, and hardware setup.
- Help monitor backup systems and ensure data integrity across local and cloud platforms.
- Document IT procedures and update internal knowledge base.
- Provide technical support to staff on issues related to Windows, Office, and other business applications.
- Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and cybersecurity initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science , or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT support. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
