Information Technology Officer

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including network, servers and systems management.
• Ensure timely resolution of all IT and connectivity issues across branches.
• Support product development related to IT systems and processes.
• Maintain business continuity, backups, and system security.
• Implement IT policies, security protocols, and data backup procedures.
• Conduct branch visits and maintain logs of IT issues.
• Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and process automation initiatives.
• Provide training to branch teams on IT hardware and product usage.
