Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in VOIP, DNS, Active Directory, Azure, and work‑from‑home systems. This role involves providing technical support, leadership, and supervision to team members, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management, and technical support for hardware, software, and network‑related issues
• Manage and troubleshoot VOIP systems to ensure consistent communication performance
• Configure and maintain DNS settings for stable network connectivity
