Information Technology Lead (Valencia)

Context: The Operations Lead will work directly with the CIO, manage the operational relationship with the external Managed Service Provider (NUNSYS), and own the day-to‑day Microsoft stack (M365, Entra ID, Intune) across approximately 150 users and 170 endpoints. The environment includes substantial unrealised value: Microsoft 365 security tooling is fully licensed (Defender XDR equivalent, Entra ID P2, PIM).

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CIO.
• Manage the operational relationship with the external Managed Service Provider (NUNSYS).
• Own the day-to‑day Microsoft stack (M365, Entra ID, Intune) across approximately 150 users and 170 endpoints.
