Key Responsibilities

✅ Provide IT Desktop Support and issue resolution

✅ Manage and track tickets efficiently

✅ Prepare SLA reports and monitor pending tickets

✅ Handle reporting activities using Excel

✅ Support end users and maintain communication with stakeholders


Required Skills

✔️ Strong experience in IT Desktop Support

✔️ Mandatory experience in ticket management

✔️ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

✔️ Strong Excel skills (Lookups, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)

✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

✔️ Willingness to work in rotational shifts / 24×7 environment
