Required Skills
✔️ Strong experience in IT Desktop Support
✔️ Mandatory experience in ticket management
✔️ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
✔️ Strong Excel skills (Lookups, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔️ Willingness to work in rotational shifts / 24×7 environment
