Core Job Functions
- End-User Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the primary point of contact for internal technical tickets. Image, configure, and deploy workstations (Windows) and provision user accounts during onboarding and offboarding.
- IT Infrastructure & Security: Monitor office Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and shared hardware. Execute data backups, enforce company IT policies, and manage software security patch deployment.
- Asset & Vendor Management: Maintain an accurate ledger of physical hardware assets. Track software licenses and vendor contract renewals (e.g., Microsoft 365, printers) and serve as the main liaison with ISPs and third-party IT suppliers.
- Training & Administration: Create clear, step‑by‑step IT troubleshooting guides and maintain documentation of system configurations to foster employee self‑service.
